31 Days of Christmas

We are welcoming the Christmas season, leading up to Christmas Day and the week following up to New Year’s, with scripture and thoughts on the Reason for the Season.

We want to prepare our HEARTS for His coming!

It is so easy to get caught up in the tinsel and lights, the presents, the shopping, baking, parties, and Christmas plays; and all of those things are great.

But we can so easily forget what we are actually celebrating. Let’s remind each other for a few moments every day.

Some days it might just be a scripture and an image, other days a story or an actual post.

Either way I invite you to be a part of this journey as we ENJOY the meaning of Christmas:

Jesus, the Savior of the World!

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6.

What is your favorite part or tradition of Christmas? What do you do with your family to make it special?

Here is a listing of all the posts on Christmas Carols:

Repeat the Sounding Joy

Gloria!

The Door is still open

Have you made HIM room?

Sleeping in Bethlehem

Over the hills and everywhere!

Rejoice

Glory to the newborn King!
