Tu esi svēts, Kungs! (You Are Holy, Lord!)

What a wonderful time we had at Apustulu Spēks Konference in Riga, Latvia!

A heartfelt “thank you” to all of those that joined the prayer team and supported us with your prayers for this conference! Although we may not have filled the house with numbers, the house was surely FILLED with the presence of God as you will see in this post through video!

We began the weekend with another rainbow!! I just could not believe God blessed us with two beautiful rainbows this week! We have had so much rain since we arrived in Riga but you cannot have a rainbow without the rain and aren’t they just amazing? This is looking out the other window in our hotel room.

One of the exciting testimonies from this meeting that Rebekah Kline, Associate in Missions from Pennsylvania, captured was a beautiful generational story.

Last year at the Saturday night service during the 1st Annual Apostolic Power Conference, Jurijs was a visitor to the services. He was filled with the Holy Spirit during the Saturday night service!

Jurijs has been coming faithfully all year long to the Apostolic Way church. While doing so, he lead his parents into the Truth and they also received the baptism of the Holy Ghost this past year! Praise the Lord!

Saturdays just seem to be the day for this family because at the 2nd Annual Conference Jurijis’ grandmother was also filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost in our service!

One Year = Three Generations!

God is doing great things! What do you need from Him today? Healing, restoration, deliverance, salvation? Any and all of these things He is able to supply! Give Him your burdens, your worries, your cares and worship Him for who He is. Then let the Holy Ghost come in!

It is a promise!

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” Acts 2:38-39.

I will be sharing more testimonies this week but wanted to get this post out quickly today! I pray you are blessed as you listen to my friends sing and glorify the Lord in Latvian.

Thank you Peggy, I didn’t get a chance to get on SRT yesterday 🙁 I have limited internet here in my hotel. It has been a real frustration! So when I have it, I must do everything I can as fast as I can, ha. But I hope to be back on today. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. Much love! ♥

So thankful you stopped by! It is amazing how easy it is to sing in Latvian! They were also interpreting in Russian as well. When I was living here it became quite easy to pick up the language just by singing 🙂 Blessings!

Thank you for visiting Lisa! I had never heard this song before, although I understand it is a “Christ for the Nations” song…I just knew everyone would love hearing it in Latvian! Blessings friend! ♥

Beautiful, just beautiful and what an inspiring testimony of the three generations receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. God is doing a great work in these end times! So glad that I was able to partner with you in prayer! I’m looking forward to reading more about the conference.

How wonderful this all is Nanette! I should have known that I needed to come here to read “what’s happening” … I was waiting to see you pop in at SRT to fill us in on how the conference went, was going, etc. but then I assumed you probably were overly busy here and there.

I do not know Lativan (is that the language?) in your title, but I truly understand “You are Holy, Lord” and this is what I read above all else! My heart rejoices in God showing up in signs and wonders and His glorious presence flowing between all His people there. Continual prayers for the move of His Spirit and thanks for all He is doing!

Thank you for sharing here. (the next time I’m wondering, I’ll realize that I should come to your blog not our study)… your heart is so genuine and your love of the LORD shines brightly!

Blessings as I continue to read your other “here” and “here” … see ya’ soon, you’re missed!
    Peace in Christ,
    Peggy

Beautiful music and beautiful encouragement of the effect of reaching one person:) I love, too, that they had the words in English and Lativan – how awesome to sing in both languages! Thank you for sharing this wonderful story!

  20. Lisa notes...
